You measure 2.5 grams of fenugreek and boil it in a pot with a cup of water. Take out the when water turns yellow take out the seeds and drink it. I had 150 of blood sugar and it went down by 100. Warning if you are pregnant do not take Fenugreek it will make you go into Labor. You can buy Fenugreek at any Store from the India or on any India website. It Cost $2.50 at the store and at the website 12.00 because of shipping. Ask your doctor first it does help.

Some theory that i have analyse is that the body feels everything that is going on, and for these the body will tell the brain what is it needs to eating and what things it has to much of. But eat what u feel your body tells u not your mind. If u try these let me know how the reults are acording to the program. thx

Actually his was 4.5 mmol/l Which is an acceptable range (Normal is 4-7 mmol/l) you were thinking 45 mg/dl which is hypoglycemic.

Thank you! I was not aware of the MMOL scale at the time.

Hey, every now and then you have to splurge and have a treat to keep yourself “inline” the rest of the time. I do this, but not often. It’s not a good habit to “treat” every day, you know. I always plan some exercise afterwards, too, to help the numbers get back down.

Looked like 4.5, read in MMOL not MGDL. He was probably at 81, then, which is acceptable. I know many online who use MMOL scale.

How could your blood sugar be 45?
Was that a correct number that you showed on the video? That is really low.
Normal blood sugar range is 70 to 100.

A1C test. 6.2
Between 88 and 95 in the mornings.
And never higher than 147, 2 hours after meals. Never.
Although I did eat a two scoop sundae from baskin robins one day. And my blood sugar peaked around 250. But that was with the works, whipped cream nuts cherries and syrup.

What was your A1C and what are your blood sugars 2 hours after you eat and when you wake up in the morning?

JacdCat

Two hours after eating i’ll test.
Within 2 hrs and 15 minutes it’s already dropping, and fast.

Ask for the numbers your doc received.

Also 88-95 in the morning is high, it’s not over the limit but the upper range of normal is 99, so your on the border.

how long after eating did you take the second set?
